Dude, I was side outting and dizzy deaning and thinking: As a policy, though I'd expect Dems to provide more revenue available (GOP has aerospace advantage), giving this university a grant to develop lunar chemical engineering, makes sense. Rocket fuel and drilling/extracting-chemicals-from regolith, being two key needs. I like expandings master colleges to do research. English language really is an advantage as is most living, and USA has decent NSA to natural deal with some dual use risks. Obama will unleash fewer financial shocks. And rich researchers mean rich donors.
